<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for all-terrain vehicle in which wrinkle is hardly generated on a side wall and comfortability to ride and steering stability are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The side wall 8 of the tire 2 comprises an outer layer 24 and an inner layer 26. The outer layer 24 and the inner layer 26 comprises a cross-linked rubber. The inner layer 26 is continued to a tread 4. The tread 4 and the inner layer 26 are formed from a single rubber member. Hardness of the outer layer 24 is 45 to 55. Hardness of the inner layer 26 is 60 or higher. A ratio that thickness To of the outer layer 24 occupies in thickness Ts of the side wall 8 is 25 to 50%.
