PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data management device or the like for configuring a data provision system without considering a data form of a document when a user refers a document stored in the image data management device. SOLUTION: In an image data management device (MFP), an image data storing portion 1700 stores various image data prepared by a scanner 1300 or the like, a data form determining portion 1610 determines a data form of image data transmitted based on a port number management table stored in a port number management table storing portion 1620 according to a user's transmission request of image data from a terminal 2000, and a data form converting portion 1630 converts the image data stored in the image data storing portion 1700 into the data form determined and transmits the converted image data to the terminal 2000 of the user.
