PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with cargo unloading and installing work at a job site, in an on-vehicle temporary toilet without violating a height regulation of the road traffic law. SOLUTION: In this on-vehicle temporary toilet, a downward U-shaped frame body 13 is extendedly arranged on the upper end of an opening part by opening the upper end of a part fitted with a door 12 of a front panel 11; inverse U-shaped frame bodies 15a and 15b are installed in the upper end depth direction of both side panels 14a and 14b; a frame body 16 is installed inside the frame body 13 cooperative with the door 12 via a hinge 17; a hood 19 is put on except for an inside part of the upper and peripheral frame body 13 partitioned by the frame bodies 15a and 15b; canvas 18 is stuck to the frame body 16; a hinge 20 is arranged by applying a step height of the thickness of the frame body to the frame bodies 15a, 15b and 13; and the frame bodies 15a, 15b and 13 and the hood 19 can be successively folded up.
