The panel surface has a first group of drainage channels (12), which are open towards the outside (11). At least these channels have an esp. corner-free rounded cross section with a min. radius of 1mm, at right angles to their longitudinal direction, and over at least 50%, pref. 80%, esp. the complete length. The channel profile incorporates a pref. central web (14) of a height, which corresponds to the depth of the drainage channel to provide an additional support surface. A second group of channels (13), which are of different alignment and/or cross sectional profile and/or size relative to the channels of the first group, and define crossing points (15) with these channels.
