<p>PURPOSE: A method for producing a nonflammable light finishing material by recycling organic sludge from a sewage treatment system is provided to improve fire resistance, sound damping and heat conductivity as well as workability. The construction material can be formed into various shapes, and formed to have various ranges of strength. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a nonflammable light finishing material by recycling organic sludge comprises: (S100) preparing a porous light aggregate having a diameter of 5-10mm by mixing 40-60vol% of organic sludge, 35-50vol% of clay and 0.5-10vol% of fly ash, forming the mixture into a spherical shape, and sintering it at high temperature such as 1000deg.C or more; (S110) mixing 30-40vol% of the resulted porous light-weighted aggregate, 28-35vol% of expanded vermiculite, 10-15vol% of cement, 5-10vol% of stone powder, 0.05-1vol% of an Al powder, 0.05-1vol% of fly ash and based on the amount of the cement, 45-50vol% of water; (S120) roughly packing and closing the mixture into a mold; (S130) foaming the mixture packed in the mold by steam-curing or wind dry; (S140) releasing the foamed article out of the mold and cooling it; and (S170) applying thereto a waterproof adhesive agent of a polyamide resin to form a construction panel.</p> |
