The assembly has two complementary units (1, 1`) maintained by an elastically deformable connection zone (4) and by adjustable male and female spacing tubes (5, 5`). The tubes are separable and assembled rigidly in either of two different axial positions. The male and female spacing tubes are telescopic, and an indexing pin (11) is provided for instantaneous radial locking of the two telescopic tubes in position.
