PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic impedance measuring tool enabling to set a characteristic impedance of a probe pin to a desired value. SOLUTION: The plate-shaped characteristic impedance measuring tool on which pin holes 33 and 34 are formed penetrating the front surface through the rear surface thereof comprises metallic pin holders 26a and 26b on the surface of which a part to be measured is pressed to be adhered, a metallic probe pin 35 which is inserted between the pin holes 33 and 34 so as to have a gap between the inner surfaces of the pin holes 33 and 34, a synthetic resin dielectric material 36 which is filled into the gap, and a circuit board which is electrically connected to a measuring device at the rear surfaces of the pin holders 26a and 26b, wherein a fixed pin 35c at the edge of the probe pin 35 is abutted to a conductive pattern of the circuit board and a movable pin 35b at the other edge is abutted to a terminal of the part to be measured.
