PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice board which uses both push pins and magnets. SOLUTION: The notice board uses a raw material suitable for use of the pins on a bulletin face (front face) of the notice board, makes the thickness to be the thickness to be a degree of fully pulling on a second layer magnetic material by the magnets for a marketing bulletin board, is provided with a sheet-like magnetic raw material processed thin, to a degree in which the pins pass through it by finger force in the lower layer, and further as the lower layer, uses to mix both of the pins and the magnets by providing a base material, provided with the thickness in which the pins stick satisfactorily and with the characteristics.
