<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing continuously a laminated sheet for providing the laminated sheet excellent in moldability, with little variation on warp or the like, and excellent heat resistance, thermal expansion and flame retardance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing continuously the laminated sheet is characterized by comprising (a) a process wherein a prepreg prepared by impregnating a sheet-like fiber substrate with a resin composition comprising a cyanate resin and/or its prepolymer as essential components, and a metal foil or a carrier film are respectively fed, (b) a process wherein the laminated sheet is molded by heating and pressing the prepreg and the metal foil or the carrier film by laminating rolls whose surfaces are composed of an elastic material, and (c) a process wherein the laminated sheet is passed through a curing oven in which a plurality of rolls are arranged to cure it, and performing the processes (a) and (b) under vacuum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
