<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in interlayer adhesion properties, a cross-linked product and a molded member. <P>SOLUTION: An acrylic elastomer layer 11 is formed of an acrylic elastomer composition which is based on acrylic elastomer having an epoxy group and contains 100 parts mass of the acrylic elastomer, 1-5 parts mass of an onium salt, and 1-8 parts mass of a polyol compound. A fluorine-containing elastomer layer 12 is formed of a fluorine-containing elastomer composition containing a polyol cross-linking agent. The laminate 1 is obtained by layering the fluorine-containing elastomer layer 12 on the acrylic elastomer layer 11.
