PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting apparatus or the like which can maintain a back pressure such as a static back pressure at a liquid discharging part within a predetermined range without increasing the whole size of the apparatus even if there is a posture change or the like relative position change between a liquid storage part and the liquid discharging part. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting apparatus 10 includes the liquid storage part 2 which stores a liquid, the liquid discharging part 55A and the like which discharge the liquid to a target, and a negative pressure generating means 700 set between the liquid storage part and the liquid discharging part for generating the negative pressure of the liquid discharging part. The negative pressure generating means has a movable regulating valve 720 for regulating differential pressure Pr between storage part side pressure Pu as the liquid pressure at the liquid storage part side of the negative pressure generating means, and discharging part side pressure P1 as the liquid pressure at the liquid discharging part side of the negative pressure regulating means; and a valve displacing means 300 for displacing the movable regulating valve to regulate the differential pressure.
