<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio station management system and method capable of attaining a proper operation, when a mobile radio station is rented to a consignment company for operation or the operation of the mobile radio station is consigned to the consignment company. <P>SOLUTION: When a mobile radio station is used at a consignment company and a radio log for recording operational state of the mobile radio station is generated, a consignment company terminal equipment 40 transmits the generated radio log periodically to a permanent place terminal equipment 30. The permanent place terminal equipment 30 transmits a report that "the radio log has been transmitted from the commission company" and the date and time of the transmission to a mobile radio station management server 10, while recording and storing the received radio log in a permanent place recording apparatus 35.
