PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible monitor/maintenance service in accordance with the situation of a network system. SOLUTION: A management server 1 acquires monitor information which is generated in the monitor processing of a system 3 to be serviced which is regulated by a monitor item and stores it in a management information storage means 5 (step S1), and acquires maintenance information which is generated in a maintenance processing regulated by a maintenance/check item and stores it in the management information storage means 5 (step S2). The management server 1 analyzes the stored monitor information and maintenance information and determines the importance degree of the monitor item and the maintenance/check item which are set in the system 3 (step S3), and generates the correction plan of the monitor item and the maintenance/check item so that it can be adapted to the system 3 (step S4), and reports the determination result of the importance degree and the correction plan to the manager terminal device 4 of the system 3 (step S5).
