<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that creates production-line-specific and time-specific energy production and supply plans for energy supply from a plurality of energy production lines to a plurality of distribution bases via a conduit network, as considering effects of a consigned supply service. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises time-specific production creating means for creating amounts of time-specific production of every energy production line on a supply day satisfying constraints and optimizing a predetermined evaluation index, according to a daily total demand forecast on the supply day, time-specific load forecasts for normal demanders at each distribution base, time-specific intakes from an intake base, special time-specific distributions to special demanders, a first predetermined constraint on the time-specific production of every energy production line, and a second predetermined constraint on predetermined nodes in the conduit network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
