PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting mirror substrate-molding die capable of surely preventing the situation where a relative positional relationship between a concave surface of a reflecting mirror substrate and an optical reference surface is varied. SOLUTION: A reflecting mirror substrate-molding die 60 used to mold a reflecting mirror substrate 40 wherein a cup-like internal space is formed and an optical reference surface is formed in an opening end of the internal space, is provided. The reflecting mirror substrate molding die comprises a mold 32, a core rod 34, a sleeve 62 and a ring 36. The core rod 34 includes a positioning part 34c capable of determining a relative position with the mold 32 when forming a cavity 31 by being abutted with a flange 62a of the sleeve 62, and the sleeve 62 includes a reference surface molding part 62b which is shaped complementarily with an optical reference surface of the reflecting mirror substrate 40.
