PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an astride traveling implemental vehicle, capable of being housed compactly and astride working over a prescribed working object. SOLUTION: This astride working implemental vehicle is constituted by joining traveling parts 3 of self traveling type at the both sides of a prescribed working object by placing a working direction for the prescribed working object H with a frame 4 striding over the working object from upper direction and capable of freely folding and up and down swinging, freely switching its postures between a working posture A striding over the working object H from upper direction by opening the frame as a gate state and a housed posture B along the working direction by being swung in its lower direction in a state of being folded. Also, at the both traveling parts 3, by installing a supplemental traveling device 18 capable of transferring the traveling parts 3 in its tread direction, the folding of the frame 4 is performed by driving the supplemental traveling device 18 to change the distance between the both traveling parts 3, or move the implemental vehicle as a whole in a crossing direction with the working direction.
