PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent composition for visually confirming a film-formed part formed by a coating agent containing a polymer having a fluorine-containing aliphatic cyclic structure in the main chain without reducing operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The fluorescent composition contains the polymer having the fluorine-containing aliphatic cyclic structure in the main chain, an organic fluorescent coloring matter, and a protonic fluorine-containing solvent as essential components. The film having extremely superior visibility in a visible light region is obtained by coating the fluorescent composition on a base material and drying the coated product.
