PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a specification capable of being applied to both an upper story floor and a lower story floor and having excellence in workability and sound insulation performance. SOLUTION: The floor structure is equipped with a floor sheet laid on a sub-floor and finish flooring fixed on the floor sheet, the floor sheet has a large number of projected bodies thereon, at the same time, the finish flooring has recess sections in the lower surface, the finish flooring is fixed by fitting the recess sections to the projected bodies in the floor sheet, the floor sheet is formed by using an elastic material for increasing cushion performance and sound insulation performance, each projected body has a hollow section for increasing cushion performance and sound insulation performance, the sub-floor is formed of a plurality of floor panels and, at the same time, the floor sheet is laid by covering a joint section of the adjoining floor panels.
