PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any bend of a fin when forming a corrugated sheet, in a louver fin forming device. SOLUTION: A louver fin 10 after forming corrugate is held between a first pressing block 100 and a second pressing block 200, the bend part 11b of the louver fin 10 is pressed against a lower side supporting part 202 corresponding to the second pressing block 200 by an upper side pressing part 101 of the first pressing block 100, and the bend part 11a of the louver fin 10 is pressed against an upper side supporting part 102 corresponding to the first pressing block 100 by a lower side pressing part 201 of the second pressing block 200.
