<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying information collecting/processing method, capable of collecting and processing laying information of a piping network wherein piping members are connected by piping connecting portions so as to show in which positional relationships the piping connecting portions are connected across the piping member, without requiring much time and effort and making mistakes. <P>SOLUTION: In the laying information collecting/processing method for the piping network 10 structured by connecting the plurality of the piping members 1a, 1b, 1c in a form wherein the adjacent piping members are connected by the piping connecting portions, natural identifiers are assigned to the piping connecting portions 2a, 2b. The positional relationship information of the adjacent piping connecting portions 2a, 2b is collected in relation with a pair of the natural identifiers assigned to the piping connecting portions 2a, 2b.
