PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor pin which is decomposed at the same time when embedded in soil together with netted materials to eliminate the need for collection without generating harmful gas upon disposal together with the netted materials or upon combustion in a similar way to that of the netted materials when particularly using the netted materials to decompose themselves in soil, considering that a lighter pin is desired to appear because a conventional iron anchor pin is very heavy to require much transporting and collecting labor and much transport cost as well as requiring troublesome fixing work for the deployed netted materials and troublesome pin collecting work. SOLUTION: The anchor pin formed of base paper using natural fibers including cotton pulp and woody pulp as main raw materials comprises a body, a netted material locking clasp section on the upper part thereof, and a protruded section at the front end of the lower part thereof.
