<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved treatment system by which pulsation shape variables of fluid can be independently controlled in treatment of prostatitis. <P>SOLUTION: A prostatitis treatment system 51 in which transurethral treatment is carried out on organism tissue by pressure pulsation massage via treatment fluid is provided. The treatment system 51 includes a treatment device 66 to carry out curing treatment by pressure pulsation variables including at least one of fluid pressure pulsation, pulsation amplitude, pulsation shape, and pulsation frequency. A treatment set 55 is functionally connected to the treatment device 66 and treatment fluid is transferred to the treatment device 66. A flow limiter 63 is related to the treatment set 55 and positive pressure is generated in the treatment device 66.
