PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting training device of compact construction capable of managing with a shooting training based more on the form of actual fighting which does not allow the trainee to predict the appearing position of a target or its motion. SOLUTION: The shooting training device 1 is equipped with a target 2 formed with the under-part wider and narrowing upward when it is in the rising attitude, a raising/falldown mechanism 4 for raising the target 2 and allowing to fall down, an elevating/sinking mechanism 14 for elevating and sinking the target 2, and a horizontal movement mechanism 25 to move the target 2 in the horizontal direction.
