PURPOSE: Provided is an exterior material of a cell for covering and sealing a cell body generating an electric current, which can prevent a cell short-circuit generated in a heat-melt welding process. CONSTITUTION: The exterior material of the cell comprises: a first polyethylene terephthalate layer(31) attached to the cell body(30), which is the most inner layer against the cell body(30); a polymer layer(32) laid on the first polyethylene terephthalate layer(31); a second polyethylene terephthalate layer(31') laid on the polymer layer(32); a polypropylene layer(33) laid on the second polyethylene terephthalate layer(31'), which is the most outer layer against the cell body(30). The polymer layer(32) comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a polytetrafluoro ethylene resin, a polyimide resin, and a silicone resin. |
