PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor enabling to detect mixed oscillation of high-frequency oscillation and low-frequency oscillation with one device. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 1 comprises an input connector 12 and an output connecter 14. A piezoelectric element 30 is supported by a supporting column 20 and a plummet 40 comes into contact with the periphery of the supporting column 20. An electronic board 50 is mounted on the top of the plummet 40. An electronic part 60 and an acceleration sensor IC 70 are mounted on the electronic board 50. The acceleration sensor IC 70 detects low-frequency oscillation with a sensor in which a piezo resistance type IC is packed. The sensor of the piezoelectric element detects high-frequency oscillation. Therefore, wide-range oscillation can be detected with one device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
