The TE 80 automatic safe for cash paying-in points is a safe housing made of sheet steel, having a banknote safe and a coinage safe, arranged one above the other, with an electronic control, for the depositing of amounts of money according to statutory regulations. The banknote safe, having a central electromagnetically locked front door, is equipped with insert cassettes which are fed through push-in slots by means of a central electric propeller fan as a result of vacuum suction. By installing a photocell in the feed region, the money content of the insert cassettes can be recorded by means of an electronic counter and called up in a programmed manner on a digital display. The coinage safe is an electromagnetically locked steel drawer on fully extendable telescopic rails, with division into compartments for access from above. The electromagnetic locks can be opened after an adjustable time delay.
