PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel which has good properties of luminance and sharpness and is so excellent in durability that it can maintain these properties even if time (two to three years) passes and a method for manufacturing the panel. SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel which has a high-temperature resin layer and a phosphor layer formed by a gas phase lay-up method is characterized in that the quantity of a solvent remaining in the high-temperature resin layer is 0.05 to 10g/m2.
