<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving cost estimation computer system for estimating moving cost with simple processing without a preliminary inspection of a moving customer's house by a staff of a moving service company and without imposing a burden on a moving customer. <P>SOLUTION: The moving customer photographs a picture image of a room by a mobile terminal 3 with a digital camera function. In response to transmission of a picture image mail to a designated mail address designated by the moving cost estimation computer system, a branch office selecting means selects a branch office which transmits an estimation request mail on the basis of moving customer information stored in a moving customer information storage means and territory information of each branch office stored in a branch office correspondence information storage means. An estimation request mail generating means generates an estimation request mail on the basis of the picture image stored in an image storage means and the moving customer information, and an electric mail means transmits the estimation request mail to the mail address of the selected branch office. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
