PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent straw waste, grass waste, or the like, from twining around an arched cultivation claw of a rotary unit in a cultivation operation by a tractor, a cultivator, or the like, and to lighten a removing operation, or the like, of the straw waste, the grass waste, or the like. SOLUTION: A pin 14 having an elasticity function and used for preventing the straw waste, the grass waste, or the like, from twining around the claw is attached to an arched cultivation claw holder 6 of the tractor, the cultivator, or the like, by utilizing a cultivation claw fastening bolt 12.
