PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do away with addition of a sharing function of corresponding data in each information system when sharing the data uniquely managed by each information system among the plurality of information systems, to prevent leakage of information accompanying the sharing of the data, and to share the data among the plurality of information systems. SOLUTION: A data reflection part 312 produces the sharing data on the basis of sharing candidate data stored in a sharing candidate data storage part 311 on the basis of a data reflection rule that is a production condition of the data and data definition information stored in a data reflection rule storage part 305, and stores them into a reflection data storage part 313.
