PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column member and the frame structure of the column member and a beam member being capable of surely transmitting the stress of an axial main reinforcement and improving a workability while being capable of realizing the reduction of a construction cost. SOLUTION: The column member 10 has a plurality of the axial main reinforcements 16 formed of steel pipes 11 and reinforced concrete in the steel pipes 11 and arranged in an overall length in the column axial direction and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing bars 17 surrounding the peripheries of a plurality of the axial main reinforcements 16, and is unified by concrete 18. In the column member 10, each axial main reinforcement 16 is formed by an arrangement under the state, in which the end sections of reinforcement materials 16A on the upper side and the end sections of the reinforcement materials 16B on the lower side are abutted, in the vicinity of a place, where the stress of the column member 10 is minimized, and the abutting arranging places 30 of the adjacent axial main reinforcements 16 are mounted so as to be positioned at different places in the height direction at specified intervals.
