PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating device having a hermetically sealed air layer and a highly heat insulating device by adsorbing a heat insulating member to a window frame with a magnet, which can be easily installed or removed. SOLUTION: A rubber-like magnet 3 is adhered to the circumference of the main body 1 of a window with pressure through sensitive adhesive double coated tape 2. Also the same the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 2 is adhered to the circumference of a heat insulating member 5 and the rubber-like magnet 3 is adhered to the tape.
