Cardiovascular implant

A cardiovascular implant (A) is formed essentially from a biocompatible synthetic polymer (I) formed as a three-dimensional structure., where (I) is practically non-resorbable under physiological conditions, and (A) is formed, at least on part of its surface, as a microporous fleece of microfibers of (I) that allows colonization by cells. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a biohybrid implant; and (2) a device for forming a biohybrid implant.
