PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder whereby a tuck seal can be attached thereto while an index portion is projected from an opening side edge of a flexible sheet to the outside, confirmation of a described content can be readily carried out, and a held document or the like is not slid out to be dropped when the holder is carried. SOLUTION: There is disclosed the holder 1 which is a pile-up of two flexible sheets 2, 3 in rectangular shapes with adjacent two sides closed. Index attachment projections 4, 5 each being projected to the outside from a folded condition in the inner side are provided to two opened sides of one flexible sheet 2, respectively.
