PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic instrument packing box easy to store an electronic instrument, and capable of easily reducing the cost and enhancing the box strength. SOLUTION: In the electronic instrument packing box, an inner bottom flap 6 is folded a plurality of times to form a cylindrical lower shock-absorbing part 10, and an inner top flap 8 is folded a plurality of times to form a cylindrical upper shock-absorbing part 11. Parts of the side faces of the lower shock-absorbing part 10 and the upper shock-absorbing part 11 are folded inward of the cylinder to form recessed parts 12 and 13 to fit and support an electronic instrument 2. The lower shock-absorbing part 10 and the upper shock-absorbing part 11 are brought into surface contact with each other, and a lower reinforcing plate 14 and an upper reinforcing plate 15 to reinforce a short side face plate 4 are provided on tip parts thereof. A folded locking part 17 folded inwardly from the short side face plate 4 is fitted to a fitting hole 18 formed in the lower reinforcing plate 14, and the lower shock-absorbing part 10 is maintained in a folded condition.
