PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot for an electromagnetic cooker with excellent heat efficiency, especially the light-weight pot for the electromagnetic cooking device. SOLUTION: For the pot for the electromagnetic cooker, the member of a magnetic metal-aluminum-based intermetallic compound is contained in at least the bottom part of the pot for the electromagnetic cooking device. By the member of the magnetic metal-aluminum-based intermetallic compound contained in at least the bottom part, the heat efficiency of the entire pot for the electromagnetic cooker is improved. Thus, the local heating of the pot and the sticking and burning of cooking objects inside the pot are suppressed. Also, since the magnetic metal-aluminum-based intermetallic compound is light in weight, the weight of the entire pot for the electromagnetic cooking pot is reduced as well.
