HEATING ROLLER HAVING INNER HEATER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating roller and its manufacturing method capable of reducing degradation of the adhesive layer due to heat and improving its lifetime. SOLUTION: A 1st adhesive layer 11 is formed by applying a 1st adhesive to the outer surface of a hollow core 10 made of metal or heat-resistant synthetic resin and drying it. A 2nd adhesive layer 12 is formed by coating a 2nd adhesive on this 1st adhesive layer 11 and drying it at a temperature lower and for a time shorter than for the 1st adhesive layer. Further, an elastic rubber layer 13 is provided on the 2nd adhesive layer 12 by injection molding or casting additional reaction silicone rubber. The 1st adhesive 11 and 2nd adhesive 12 are the same or the same kind of adhesive as the one selected from silane, alkyl silane, alkyl oxy-silane, phenyl silane, alkyl alkoxy silane, alkenyl alkoxy silane, and hydrogen polysiloxane.
