<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the improvement of a magnetic characteristic and to realize the cost reduction and the productivity improvement by attaining the coarsening of crystal grain diameter without applying a high purifying and a high temperature annealing to a non-oriented silicon steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a producing process of the non-oriented silicon steel sheet, in which the steel composed by mass% of 0.0010-0.010% C, ≤3.5% Si, 0.2-3.0% Al, ≤1.5% Mn, 0.0015-0.010% Ti, ≤0.0030% S, ≤0.0030% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, is hot-rolled, pickled and cold-rolled and successively, subjected to 2 times of finish-annealings, the first annealing is performed in the temperature range of 700°C to < 900°C at ≥15°C/sec temperature rising rate and in the cooling, the cooling speed is at ≥15°C/sec at least till 500°C, and the second annealing is performed in the temperature range of 750-900°C at < 15°C/sec temperature rising rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
