摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the improvement of a magnetic characteristic and to realize the cost reduction and the productivity improvement by attaining the coarsening of crystal grain diameter without applying a high purifying and a high temperature annealing to a non-oriented silicon steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a producing process of the non-oriented silicon steel sheet, in which the steel composed by mass% of 0.0010-0.010% C, &le;3.5% Si, 0.2-3.0% Al, &le;1.5% Mn, 0.0015-0.010% Ti, &le;0.0030% S, &le;0.0030% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, is hot-rolled, pickled and cold-rolled and successively, subjected to 2 times of finish-annealings, the first annealing is performed in the temperature range of 700&deg;C to < 900&deg;C at &ge;15&deg;C/sec temperature rising rate and in the cooling, the cooling speed is at &ge;15&deg;C/sec at least till 500&deg;C, and the second annealing is performed in the temperature range of 750-900&deg;C at < 15&deg;C/sec temperature rising rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
