PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biodegradable resin composition having incorporated a natural material such as wood flour therewith, which is excellent in moldability as it does not suffer from deterioration of thermal rheology even when a large amount of wood flour, or the like, is blended with a biodegradable polyolefin, and a technique related thereto. SOLUTION: The biodegradable polyolefin resin composition comprises 10-80 pts.wt. of the biodegradable polyolefin (A), 90-20 pts.wt. of the total amount of a mixture of lignocellulosic or cellulosic substances (B) with a starchy substances (C) in a weight ratio of 10:90 to 90:10, 0.2-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the components (A), (B) and (C) of a dibasic acid anhydride or a derivative thereof (D) and 0.001-2 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the components (A), (B) and (C), of an organic peroxide (E).
