摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reproduced food intended for solving such problems that vegetable rubbish increases as industrial waste in fresh markets in big cities and pickling liquid to make pickled ume comes to marine pollution because of having high salinity and being thrown as it is into the ocean, and rationalizing productivity through making processed food having high preservability by combining the industrial waste. <P>SOLUTION: The long term preservable food is obtained by collecting vegetable rubbish, aquatic fish meat, meat processing rubbish and waste liquid of pickled ume followed by adjusting taste, making freshness-retaining liquid through addition of the carbonized liquid of bamboo charcoal, combining the waste and the liquid followed by pickling and deliquoring, and heat-sterilizing the product with a microwave oven followed by drying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
