PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for enclosing a local stimulant-containing preparation, a sturdy packaging body which is not cracked by skin oil, through which a content is visible, and to which the adsorption of a local stimulant such as l-menthol, methyl salicylate, camphor is limited. SOLUTION: This package for enclosing a local stimulant-containing preparation comprises a film having at least one layer composed by molding a resin composite (C) which contains a norbornene ring-opening polymeric hydrogen additive (A) with a 95% or more hydrogen additive rate and a high density polyethylene (B).
