<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction control system for easily and highly accurately detecting acceleration generating back and forth, and right and left to control drive of a vehicle, and to provide its sensor unit. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor unit 100 having an acceleration sensor which detects the acceleration generating in X, Y, Z directions including a rotation direction along with rotation of tire 300s, is disposed in a rotor of a rotary mechanism including the tires 300, and a digital value of the detection result is transmitted by electromagnetic waves as digital information. The digital information is received by monitor devices 200 disposed to each wheel wells, and an acceleration value acquired by calculation processing is output to a drive control unit 700. The drive control unit 700 estimates a flexure of each tire 300 based on the acquired acceleration value and prestored flexure property, and controls a sub throttle actuator 412 based on the estimated tire flexure and the detection result of the revolution number of each tire 300 so as to drive the sub throttle 416. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
