A method for manufacturing the temperature sensitive coupling from alloys with shape memory effect involves the high-temperature forming the geometric shape of the blank in the conditions of the maximal plasticity of material, imparting the precision working relief to the blank inner surface in the state of a high plasticity of material and making the specific hammer-hardened texture in the coupling material for the extension of temperature field of reverse martensitic transformation by a graduated rolling blanks in rollers.
