METHOD FOR PREPARING GENOME LIBRARY AND GENOME LIBRARY PREPARED BY THE SAME METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply preparing a genome library from a sample in a trace amount and to provide the genome library prepared by the method.

SOLUTION: The first method for preparing the genome library comprises carrying out PCR by using a genome DNA itself of species to be targeted or its fragment as a direct template and using one kind of primer or a random primer composed of a specific sequence and proliferating the genome. The second method for preparing the genome library comprises carrying out pretreatment to the genome of the species, carrying out PCR by using a primer composed of one kind of intrinsic sequence and proliferating the genome. Both method enable simple preparation of the genome library from the sample in the trace amount.
