PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect only a pilot injection amount in a multiple injection which performs pilot injection before main injection, by performing drive of an injector a plurality of times during one combustion stroke of an engine. SOLUTION: A first correction function (first means for correcting variation in injection amount between cylinders) and a second correction function (second means for correcting variation in injection amount between cylinders) are performed to correct only the pilot injection amount that is a minute injection amount area of 5mm<SP>3</SP>/st or less. In the first correction function, an FCCB learning control is performed by an injection pattern of only the main injection, and only a main injection amount is corrected for each cylinder of the engine. In the second correction function, the FCCB learning control is performed by an injection pattern of the normal multiple injection, and only the pilot injection amount is corrected for each cylinder of the engine.
