<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump hot water supply air-conditioner for performing cooling, heating, hot water supplying, cooling and hot water supplying, and heating and hot water supplying operation while reducing electronic expansion valves and check valves to reduce cost. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump hot water supply air-conditioner comprises a refrigerant circuit consisting of a compressor 1, a first four-way valve 2 and a second four-way valve 3, an outdoor heat exchanger 4 and an indoor heat exchanger 5, a hot water supply heat exchanger 6, a hot water supply tank 7, the electronic expansion valve 8a and the electronic expansion valve 8b, the check valve 10a and the check valve 10b, a capillary tube 11, and a water supply pump 12.
