INTERNET WAVE INFORMATION TRANSFER SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a large amount of communication expense is required for always transmitting hydrographic phenomena data measured and obtained at observation bases developed all over the country to a center in real time and there also is a problem in safety and confidentiality.

SOLUTION: The Internet is utilized for transfer of data from the observation bases developed all over the country to a data recording server installed at the center. In addition, since the safety and the confidentiality is strongly asked for, a system utilizing a virtual closed chain network by which security is assured as utilizing the Internet is constructed.
