PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create test specifications when an ECU software is created by compiling only the program components necessary from a program source constructed of multiple kinds of program components. SOLUTION: Standard test specifications matching respective program components used for various kinds of machines are stored. Since the standard test specifications can be repeatedly used for creation of test specifications for the ECU software for various kinds of machines, efficiency of test specification creation can be improved. The standard test specification is customized to a software test specification based on setting information so as to comply with a selected machine type.
