PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop added with pranoprofen and practically maintaining stability of pranoprofen to light for a long time without depositing pranoprofen crystals enen when kept in a low temperature environment. SOLUTION: Solubility of pranoprofen to water is increased and reduction of pranoprofen content caused by light is improved by simultaneously adding berberine together with pranoprofen. Therefore, the deposition of pranoprofen crystals during preservation in the low temperature environment is prevented and the eye drop stably keeping the pranoprofen content for a long time without reduction of the content caused by light can be provided.
