PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new, and improved design of an ultrasonic probe used for ultrasonic cleaning. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes an elongate body having first and second end parts, an ultrasonic transducer attached to the probe at or near the first end part, and an enlarged support part positioned between the ultrasonic transducer and the second end part.
